Audio transitions are an easy way to control dive and rises in the audio. If you wish to use one of these you have to put them on the end or the start of the audio clip it is the same way of just dragging it down to the audio but this time it will come up as a blue thing on your timeline using the top tool you should be able to make is longer and shorter easily
Video effects are things like adding brightness and contrast. When adding they are the same as audio effects. Just drag the effect down to the video and you should be able to see it on the left side of the monitor. There you can control the effect.
Part 5: Video Transitions
Video transitions are ways to Fade, Cube Spin or much more between video. When adding these it is similar to adding audio transitions you just drag them to the video and it will show as something blue. You can only put them on the ends of video.
Part 6: Adding Video Transitions and Audio Transitions Between Clips
You can also add Video Transitions and Audio Transitions Between Clips this is done by dragging them between the clips you wish to have effects.
