I am going to go over the rehearsal box first the arrow is for going to the next action this can also be done with the left click of a muse or the right arrow on the keyboard next is the pause button then there's a times for your current slide then one for the whole presentation. After you have finished the presentation a box will come asking whether you wish to save the timings so don't worry if you make a mistake. After you have saved them you can not delete them but you can record over them or turn the off in the set up show window.
Recording narration is very similar to rehearse timings the difference is that when recording narration you can also record a voice in the background reading the text or something similar. To enter it you go Slide Show - Recording Narration (You need to click down the arrow at the bottom).Now the record narration screen has come up here you can
(other then you are recording audio) will be the same as rehearse timings including the rehearsal box.
