Auction Buttons

Auction buttons allow you to create an interactive PowerPoint. There are 12 action buttons I am going to go over all of them and three uses in this step.

Custom

The one with northing inside it the custom one this can be used for anything from a web page being opened to another slide coming up. This is controlled when you place it. Here you are able to change what any button does. If you want to change the color double click on it and change the fill.

Home

The home button can be very useful when making and interactive PowerPoint for doing something like taking you back to the first slide or taking you to a tile page.

Help / Information

the help button can be used to take someone to a slide with information on how to use your interactive PowerPoint information can be used for doing similar things or taking you to a slide or web page with more information about that subject.

Back / Forward

The back and forward buttons are used to take you forward and back one slide you. These are useful when making an interactive PowerPoint.

Beginning / End

These are used to take you to the beginning and the ending of a slide. They can also be changed to be used to take you to the be beginning and the end of a section.

Return / Document

The return button is used to take you to the last slide viewed these are not very useful when you have the back and forward buttons. The document button is used for opening an external program this can be useful if you are doing a PowerPoint on software and you wish to open the software.

Audio / Video

These two are not very useful unless your linking to a slide with music or video. They can not be used to have start audio or video
