I am going to talk about your text bar. On the far left is your font chooser for more professionally we say you should choose an easy to read understandable font and us this same font all the way through your presentation.
Next is your size meter. For all your main text you should use one size for your headings and one for your normal text.
Part 3: Bold, Italic, Underlining and Shadow
After those two there are your bold italic and underlining tools these should only be used to make a word or sentence more important then what is near them. After that you have your shadow tool this only is useful when you are using some fonts and colors.
Next is your text alignment tools these
are used for make aligning text to the left centre or right in most cases it
is best to make big bits of text to be in the centre and bullet points or
numbered things on the left.
Part 5: Text Moving Tools / Adding numbers , Bullets
The next tool is to spilt up letters after this there is a tool to write from top to the bottom of a text box. We do not recommend you use these two tools. Next there are two tools one for adding numbers the other for adding bullets to add more similar things go into a text book and right click bullets and numbering.....
Part 6: Decrease / Increase Font Size, Indent Change Font, Color, Deign, New Slide
After this there are some quick decrease / increase font size buttons. After that there is a increase indent decrease indent buttons these are not very useful. Then there a basic change font color button. The main colors we recommend are your company colors and black and white. Next is the deign tab I have already talked about this then threes a New Slide tab also.
